Summary
Shoulder Pain
Frozen shoulder
Frozen shoulder, also known as adhesive capsulitis, is a condition characterized by stiffness and pain in your shoulder joint. Signs and symptoms typically begin gradually and worsen over time. The condition sometimes occurs because of lack of use due to pain caused by injury, but can also arise with no obvious cause.
Separated Shoulder
A separated shoulder is an injury to a part of one of your body's most mobile joints — the joint formed where the top of your shoulder blade meets the end of your collarbone. A separated shoulder is a stretch or tear of one or more of the ligaments supporting this joint.
